Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 11, 2026

1. Services

Terra Waste provides waste removal, clearance, loading, and disposal services across London. Availability depends on scheduling, vehicle capacity, waste type, access, and safe working conditions on the day.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide, including photos, descriptions, postcode, load size, floor level, and access. If the actual waste differs materially from the quoted job, we will explain any price change before work continues.

3. Access, Parking & Collection Conditions

You are responsible for telling us about stairs, narrow access, controlled parking zones, permits, distance from vehicle to waste, and any other site restrictions that could affect labour time or safe collection.

4. Prohibited & Specialist Items

We cannot collect asbestos, clinical waste, explosives, radioactive materials, or certain hazardous chemicals. Specialist items such as fridges, mattresses, TVs, tyres, plasterboard, paint, and WEEE may require separate handling or pricing.

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance usually incur no charge. Late cancellations, failed access, or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out or cancellation fee where staff and vehicle time has already been allocated.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before collection. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the job is completed. Commercial clients may be offered invoice terms at our discretion.

7. Liability

Terra Waste carries public liability insurance and takes reasonable care during collection. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsafe access conditions, or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied before the job.

8. Documentation & Duty of Care

Commercial waste collections include the appropriate waste transfer documentation where required. Customers remain responsible for ensuring any regulated or specialist waste is accurately disclosed before collection.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
